Her extensive experience in legal affairs within the life sciences sector positions her well to advise both the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors on critical legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
With nearly three decades of experience, including senior roles at GSK, Incyte Corporation, and Spark Therapeutics, Samantha’s appointment is expected to significantly bolster Sharp’s capabilities in supporting its pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
